Victim Stabbed In Home Invasion

One person is in hospital after being stabbed in a home invasion Friday night.

It happened around 10pm at a residence on Penworth Road, near Victoria Park and the 401.

The victim was rushed to Sunnybrook hospital with life-threatening injuries to the abdomen.

There are reports three suspects were seen heading north on Pharmacy Avenue in a black Volkswagen Jetta. They may be armed with a gun and a baseball bat.
