Man wanted for murder turns himself in

Durham Regional Police told 680News that 39-year-old, Patrick Kirk Barret, who is wanted for murder of Lucita Charles, 28, turned himself in Wednesday evening.

Lucita Charles was found by police with obvious signs of trauma at her high-rise apartment at 15 Harding Avenue, in the Jane and Lawrence area, Monday night.

No word on how he was located by police.
