Mudslide Causes Multi-Vehicle Crash

A mudslide caused a multi-vehicle crash and headaches for commuters on Friday morning.

All eastbound lanes of Highway 403 in Hamilton were shut down following the Aberdeen Avenue spill.

All lanes have since been reopened.

Heavy rain caused rocks and mud to slide down the Niagara Escarpment, trapping as many as four vehicles.

An ambulance was sent to the scene and two people were reportedly taken to hospital with minor injuries.
