Second suspect sought for videotaping up women’s skirts

TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police are trying to find a second man accused of videotaping up women’s skirts at a downtown subway station.

Julian Vazquez Lopez, 37, is wanted on a charge of voyeurism.

Police said a man with a hand-held camera was seen videotaping up women’s skirts as they walked up stairs at the Dundas station on July 7.

A 35-year-old Thornhill, Ont., man, Arnon Weinberg, was also charged with voyeurism after being accused of videotaping up women’s skirts at the Eaton centre and Dundas station.

It’s alleged the suspect hid a camera inside a laptop bag.
