A look back at the year in entertainment

It was a whirlwind year for our newly-minted entertainment reporter Mary Kitchen: In 2011, she danced with the Pussycat Dolls, played ping-pong with Susan Sarandon, and met the Muppets in Los Angeles.

Back in Hogtown, Kitchen mingled with the stars at the Toronto International Film Festival and laced up her tap shoes with the cast of Mary Poppins.

From the Royal wedding to the never-ending parade of baby bumps, it was a busy year in entertainment. Check it out in the video.
