Territories win 3rd in a row at Brier

SASKATOON — Jamie Koe of Yukon/Northwest Territories won his third in a row at the Canadian men’s curling championship on Monday.
His Yellowknife team defeated Scott Manners of Saskatchewan 9-5 to improve to 3-1.
In the one other early game, Ontario’s Glenn Howard beat Quebec’s Robert Desjardins 9-8 in an extra end to also get to 3-1.
Manners dropped to 2-2 and Quebec to 1-3.
Alberta’s Kevin Koe, Jamie’s brother, was the one team left without a loss at 3-0 with two games to play.
