‘Robocall’ protest planned for Sunday afternoon in Toronto

Two dozen cities across the country are expected to hold rallies protesting the ‘robocall’ scandal Sunday.
One of the major rallies is planned for Toronto, where organizers planned to meet at Yonge-Dundas Square at 2:30 p.m.
From there the group plans to march to Old City Hall for the rally at 3:30 p.m.
The rallies are part of what is being called ‘the national day of action against election fraud.”
Organizers want a full public inquiry into the robocall scandal, in which thousands of voters allege to have received automated phone calls directing them to the wrong polling station in the last election.
The organizers claim this scandal struck a nerve with Canadians because it indicates the election may have been stolen.
The Liberals and NDP have accused the Conservatives of being behind the robocalls, a charge which they deny.
