While most of today’s 3D flicks get knocked for not really using the technology’s potential, or for being just plain annoying to watch, there are some standout classics. One of them is from the mid-1950s. Film critic Leslie James takes a look at “Dial M for Murder.” It plays at the TIFF Bell Lightbox Oct. 5-11, 2012.
