Peel police call off Brampton search

Peel police have called off their search for a group of Brampton suspects, one of whom allegedly drove his car at an officer on Tuesday morning.
Officers were called to Fernbrook Crescent near Kennedy and Mayfield roads around 3 a.m. after reports men were seen examining vehicles in the area.
When officers arrived, one of the men allegedly drove toward police, prompting the search.
No arrests were made.
The search ended shortly after 7 a.m.
