Raw video: Mayor Rob Ford denies using crack cocaine

Members of the city’s executive committee asked Toronto Mayor Rob Ford to address recent allegations. On Friday, Ford read this prepared statement and said he does not use crack cocaine and is not a crack cocaine addict.
