Toronto Parking Authority to take over Bixi bike-share program

Coun. Denzil Minnan-Wong announced that as of spring 2014, the city’s Bixi bike-share program will be owned and operated by the Toronto Parking Authority. He spoke about the solution the city came up with to keep the program going.
