Video: Ontario budget hasn’t been finalized: Finance minister

The Ontario PCs say they have obtained documents that show the Liberal government will add at least $5.7 billion in new spending in a budget that will come May 1. Finance Minister Charles Sousa fired back by saying his party is working on the budget, but nothing yet has been finalized.
