Explosion rocks Liberty Village condo building

Toronto police said the blast occurred in the kitchen area of a sixth floor residential unit at 85 East Liberty St. and blew out a wall into the elevator area, damaging the three elevators that service 24 floors.

One man suffered minor injuries.
