Couple already charged with murder now accused of child porn

By News Staff

A couple already in custody on charges of first-degree murder are now accused of possessing and accessing child pornography.

Clyde Marshall, 37, and Sabrina Chouart, 28, appeared in court on Friday.

They are each facing one charge of possessing child pornography and one charge of accessing child pornography, Toronto police said.

Marshall and Chouart were first arrested on June 22, 2015, at a Niagara Falls Walmart.

They are accused of killing Sina Parsi, 32.

The Kleinberg man was found dead on June 12, three days after he went missing. He last seen leaving a soccer game on June 9.

Police investigating Parsi’s disappearance had said the situation was “less than normal.” They found his black Dodge Ram pickup truck two days later at a Tim Hortons parking lot in Toronto’s west end. His wallet was found nearby.

The following day, they found his body in an apartment about a five-minute walk from where his truck was abandoned.

Video from the apartment showed Parsi entering the building with the couple.

According to police, it appears Parsi is “going willingly” in the video. It’s not known how Parsi knew the couple.
