One killed in Brampton crash

One person is dead after a two-vehicle crash in Brampton.

It happened just before 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday near Airport Road and Clark Boulevard.

Police said a small car rear-ended a tractor trailer.

The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.

The intersection has been closed in all directions while police investigate.

There has been no word on charges.
