1 injured in shooting at Islington and Finch

One person was injured in a shooting in Toronto’s northwest end on Tuesday night.
A male was shot multiple times while in a car in the intersection of Islington and Finch avenues around 11:30 p.m.
Police said he was in and out of consciousness when paramedics took him to the hospital in critical condition.
His condition has since been downgraded to serious, but not life-threatening.
Witnesses saw a beige car fleeing the area after the shooting.
No suspect description has been released.
