Man charged with second-degree murder after woman found dead near Pelham Park

A man has been charged with second-degree murder after a woman was found dead at a home near Pelham Park on Wednesday.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Davenport Road and Symington Avenue, near Lansdowne Avenue, just before 3 a.m.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man is expected to appear in court Wednesday afternoon.
