Toronto police begin their investigation into Rob Ford and the alleged crack video.

In episode 5, host and producer Jordan Heath Rawlings speaks to journalists who covered City Hall and shares some of the wiretaps police obtained that reference Mayor Rob Ford during a guns and gangs investigation.
