Police locate mother and son missing almost 2 weeks

Toronto police say the search for a missing mother and son who haven’t been seen in nearly two weeks is over.

Candace Pedev, 29, and Levi Pedev, 2, were last seen in the area of Kennedy Road and Eglinton Avenue East in Scarborough on Oct. 30.

The pair were both located just before 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. No further details were released by police, citing “privacy reasons.”

Police said previously this was not an Amber Alert situation
