3 Oshawa teens charged in fatal North York shooting
Toronto police have charged three teens in connection with a shooting in North York last month that left a 19-year-old man dead.
Just before 12:45 a.m. on Jan. 22, police were called to Ingram Drive, near Keele Street and Lawrence Avenue West, following reports of two vehicles shooting at each other in a parking lot.
When officers arrived, they found a man in a car with gunshot wounds outside a fast food restaurant.

The man, who police have identified as Malachi Elijah Bainbridge from Toronto, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said officers conducted search warrants and arrested three Oshawa teens on Feb. 7.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with first-degree murder, another 16-year-old boy faces six charges including Accessory after the Fact to Murder. A 15-year-old girl faces five charges including Accessory after the Fact to Murder.
The suspects cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
