Three people seriously injured after shooting in Scarborough

Two males and one female have serious injuries after a shooting in Scarborough on Sunday, according to Toronto police.

Officers say it happened around 3:30 p.m. in the area of Leyton Avenue and Prairie Drive.

Paramedics say the victims have been taken to hospital, and their injuries are not life-threatening.

Police tell CityNews two vehicles were seen fleeing the area after the incident. There’s no confirmed vehicle or suspect description at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
