Man severely injured after motorcycle crashed into fence Sunday night

Toronto police say a man has serious injuries after the motorcycle he was riding crashed into a fence on Sunday evening.
Officers were called to a commercial industrial area, Disco Road and Atwell Drive, around 8:30 p.m. after the collision, which also saw the man thrown from the motorcycle.
Police say the man, believed to be in his 40s, has severe injuries to his head.

The motorcyclist has since been rushed to a trauma centre.
There’s no word on what caused the crash at this time.
Police say road closures were in effect.
