A Toronto man was arrested in the alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl that took place when she was with her mother at Royal York Station.

Police were called to the TTC subway station around 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, for reports of a sexual assault.

It’s alleged a woman and her 13-year-old daughter were approached by a man who then sexually assaulted the young girl.

The mother and daughter were able to walk away from the man, who police say boarded an eastbound train and later fled.

The suspect was identified as 34-year-old Sean Keddo-Green of Toronto. He was arrested on Tuesday.

Police say he’s been charged with sexual assault. He’s slated to appear in court tomorrow.
