Toronto police are searching for a man wanted for breaking into a residence and sexually assaulting a woman while she was asleep in her bed.
The incident happened around 6 a.m. on Sunday in the College Street and Ossington Avenue area.
Police say a man broke into a residence and sexually assaulted the woman, who had been sleeping. He then fled the area.
The man is described as white, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-11, with a slim build.
He’s between 30 to 40 years old and is balding on top with dark brown or black hair on the side and a beard.
Investigators say he was last seen wearing a hooded sweater with a white hood. The front of the sweater had a black and colourful design, skinny black jeans, and white or light-coloured shoes.
