Toronto police ‘very concerned’ for missing woman with dementia

Toronto police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing vulnerable woman who was last seen on Saturday night.

In an update on Monday, police said Rose, 61, suffers from dementia “which may cause her to be disoriented or unfamiliar with her surroundings.”

She’s also without identification, money, or a cellphone.

“Nights are very cold and when she was last seen she was not dressed appropriately for the weather,” added Staff Sergeant Gavin Jansz.

“We are very concerned for her safety.”

Rose, who also goes by the name Lilith, was last seen on Saturday night at around at 10:30 p.m., in the Finch Avenue West and Highway 27 area.

She’s described as Black, around five-foot-six, with a thin build.

She was last seen wearing a black/white sweater, red shirt, baby blue “UGG” shoes, and carrying a black/white suitcase.

If you’ve spotted her, contact police.
