Toronto man charged for allegedly exposing genitals to child at Vaughan mall

A man from Toronto is facing charges in an indecent act investigation after he allegedly exposed himself to a child at a mall in Vaughan.

The victim contacted police a day later, claiming that an indecent act occurred at a store in a shopping mall in the area of Jane Street and Rutherford Road.

It’s alleged that at around 2 p.m. on Feb. 22, the victim was in a store with their child when an unknown male exposed himself and touched his genitals. No physical injuries were reported.

The man was identified on March 2 as 50-year-old Dale Forder of Toronto. He’s facing charges that include indecent exposure to a person under 16 years old and indecent act.

Investigators are releasing an image of the suspect as they believe there are more victims and encourage them to come forward.
