Man injured in Brampton shooting

A man has been rushed to hospital after a shooting in Brampton Tuesday evening.

Peel police were called to George and Queen Streets around 5:45 p.m. for reports of a shooting.

One adult male was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police say the suspect fled the scene.
