Canada remains atop the medal standings after a third day of competition at the Pan Am Games, thanks to 17 medal-winning performances — including seven gold medals.

Canada now has a total of 41 medals — 17 gold, 14 silver and 10 bronze.

Here’s a rundown of Canadian athletes that climbed the podium on Day 3:
