Not all Canada-US border checkpoints are created equal. Some are expansive ports of entry, designed to process tens of thousands of crossings each day. Those are located on major autoroutes, often between major cities.
Others are smaller, more out of the way. Those crossings mostly serve communities. Some serve them quite well, but others exist in places that can make life inconvenient for those who cross, and simply miserable for those who have to do it every day.
This is the story of one of those border crossings-the border that might be the toughest in Canada. And you’ll no doubt be shocked to learn who gets the worst of it.
