Boy, 11, struck by vehicle near Martin Grove and Eglinton

A 11-year-old boy is in hospital after he was struck by a vehicle in Etobicoke.

Emergency crews were called to the area of Martin Grove Road and Longbourne Drive near Eglinton Avenue West around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

Police say the boy’s injuries are not life-threatening.

The driver remained at the scene, investigators add.

Drivers can expect delays in the area as police investigate the collision.
