1 man stabbed during altercation: Toronto police

Toronto police are investigating an altercation that broke out between two men inside a York residence.

Officers were called to the Keele Street and Lawrence Avenue area just after 5 a.m.

Investigators say one man stabbed the other and that the two men were known to each other.

The injuries are considered non-life-threatening.

Police say a 29-year-old man was arrested at the scene. He’s facing three charges, including assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and failure to comply with a release order.

No other details were released.
