Woman injured in west-end stabbing

A woman has been rushed to hospital after a stabbing in the city’s west end.

It happened around 8:30 p.m., Tuesday in the Weston Road and Sheppard Avenue West area.

Paramedics told CityNews the victim suffered a non-life threatening stab wound to the body.

There has been no word on suspects.
