Elvis Costello and Canadian jazz star Diana Krall are the proud parents of twins. Dexter Henry Lorcan and Frank Harlan James were born Wednesday.
“We are ecstatic!” reads a statement released by the couple, adding that, “mother and sons are doing splendidly.”
Costello, 52, and Krall, 42, had even more reason to celebrate: the twins’ arrival fell on their third wedding anniversary. The couple married in a secret ceremony at Elton John’s mansion in Surrey, England. This is Costello’s third marriage and Krall’s first.
The couple currently lives in New York City. Costello is a Rock and Roll Hall of Famer best known for his hits “Pump It Up” and “Veronica”. Krall, a Grammy winner, was born in Nanaimo, B.C. and released her latest album “From This Moment On” in September.
