Best Two Out Of Three…

Best Two Out Of Three.

It’s the method kids use to settle disagreements and a federal judge decided it would be the best way to solve a dispute in the courtroom.

Sick of two lawyers bickering over every detail of a case, U.S. District Judge Gregory Presnell ordered them to settle their quarrels with a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors.

The two sides were ordered to meet at a neutral location at 4pm on June 30 in Tampa, Florida. If the lawyers can’t agree on neutral territory, they’ll have to throw down their hand gestures in the courthouse.

This isn’t the first time the game has been used by people in high places. Last year, officials at the auction houses Christie’s and Sotheby’s used R.P.S. to decide who would get to sell a $17.8 million collection.

Christie’s won.

Teachers Pet

When you’re a kid, it’s weird to see your teacher at the grocery or video store, but two students were pretty creeped out when they saw their instructors in a very personal situation.

The pupils got an unintended sex education class when they spotted two middle school teachers getting it on in a locked classroom. The lovebirds apparently covered up the window, but the kids were still able to peek inside.

Education officials in Tampa, Florida said the teachers have turned in their resignations and a spokesman for the county school board said the instructors showed appallingly bad judgment.

It could’ve been worse. At least they didn’t head to one of their cars in the parking lot at recess for a make-out session.
