“Emergency response units responded to a call of gunshots being heard … in the town of Markham,” Insp. John Burness explained. “Ambulance personnel and the police arrived where they found the body of a male laying on the ground, vital signs absent.”
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and police haven’t yet released his name.
