A Hartford, Wis. man was sentenced to 60 days in jail this week for placing pictures of his genitalia on cars driven by women parked outside department stores.
Jeffrey J. Hein was sentenced on three counts of misdemeanour disorderly conduct. He pleaded no contest to the charges.
The 41-year-old’s attorney Patrick C. Brennan claims his client placed the pictures on the cars at a low time in his life – he’d suffered three deaths in his family and had recently split up with his wife.
Hein’s also scheduled to appear in a Washington County Circuit Court on six charges of disorderly conduct accusing him of similar behaviour in another three towns.
It would be interesting to know if someone caught him putting the photos on the cars or if someone recognized him from the picture.
