They’re huge creatures with massive teeth and boy do they make a lot of noise. Yeah, of course the life-sized dinosaurs at the Toronto Zoo aren’t the real thing, but they look and sound close enough to be a little scary and a lot cool.
” Dinosaurs Alive” is in full swing at the Zoo, and when you’re not checking out all the living animals, the towering T-Rex or vicious Velocaraptor will both intimidate and entertain.
In total, there are 14 dinos in the exhibit and one of the best parts is that the kids can actually make the dinosaurs move and speak with the touch of some buttons. The exhibit is also free with regular Toronto Zoo admission, but see it while you can. As of October 8, it’s extinction time all over again.
