Cops Seek Good Samaritan Whose Life May Be In Danger

It was a brave thing to do in a desperate situation. But now the Ontario Provincial Police are desperately seeking a Good Samaritan whose actions may have helped save a life – but endangered her own. It all goes back to a serious accident that took place on Monday on the 400 north of Highway 88.

A GMC Jimmy was involved in a single vehicle mishap that saw the car roll several times across three lanes of traffic before flipping over the guardrail and landing in a ditch. Several bystanders came forward to aid the victim of the crash, including one who administered CPR.

But it’s now been revealed those people may have come into contact with what cops are calling a potentially “hazardous substance” and may need to be checked out in hospital. Cops have managed to contact 12 of the helpers who were there that day, but the 13th remains unaccounted for and unknown.

She’s described only as being about 5’7″ with dirty blond or light brown hair and told people she was a lifeguard. No one thought to get her name or any other identifying marks because of the chaos and confusion at the scene. But now authorities are hoping she reads their pleas or has told someone about what she did, and they’ll convince her to call police. If this highway hero sounds familiar, call (416) 931-2509 as soon as possible.
