Arrest Warrant Issued For Actor Daniel Baldwin Reportedly In T.O.

An arrest warrant has been issued for actor Daniel Baldwin after he failed to show up to court to give a progress report on therapy he’s getting for a drug addiction.

Baldwin, brother of actors William, Stephen and Alec Baldwin, was supposed to meet with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Millington in connection to his arrest last year, when police said they found him and another man in a Santa Monica motel, with cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

So, where is he? The 47-year-old is reportedly right here in Toronto filming a movie even though he’s not allowed to leave the U.S. without permission from the judge, according to TMZ.com.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Millington issued the no-bail bench warrant and revoked Baldwin’s probation after he failed to appear “without sufficient excuse” and without his lawyer, according to court documents.

At a progress report in February, Baldwin reportedly passed 20 drug tests and was sober for 92 days. He’s undergoing treatment in the hopes of getting two misdemeanor charges against him dropped.

“I’ve been very thorough in my recovery, and identified where I am powerless,” Baldwin said. “And I’m truly powerless over cocaine. There’s no question about that in my life,” the actor confessed on a primetime tv show following his arrest.
