Two Separate Fires Break Out Across The GTA

It was a busy day for fire fighters across the GTA on Wednesday.
Crews arrived at an abandoned barn (pictured) on Ninth Line in Milton around 3:30am to find the structure fully engulfed in flames.
The strip of road between Derry Rd. and Britannia Rd. was down to a single lane for several hours as they battled the blaze.
No one was injured, but fire fighters took every precaution as there is a gas plant nearby.
Earlier, a fire at an auto repair shop on Weston Rd. near Rogers Rd. sent one employee to hospital with minor burns and smoke inhalation.
He had been working on the fuel line when the blaze began.
There was extensive damage to the building, but crews were able to stop the flames from spreading.
