The idea of cleaning garbage sounds ridiculous, but in Toronto, with a civic workers’ strike keeping the stuff piling up for close to three weeks, it’s essential to keep an eye out for rodents and insects that present potential health dangers.
And for families with large properties, young children and significant amounts of household waste this is particularly essential.
