Toronto police search for missing elderly man

Toronto police are looking for a missing 71-year-old man.

William Arthur Rooney was last seen at 8 a.m. Thursday, in the Main Street and Gerrard Street East area.

He’s described as:
-White
-Six feet tall
-180 pounds
-White hair and trimmed beard
-He was wearing a khaki coloured ski jacket and orange shirt with a black collar, along with blue jeans and black rubber boots.

Police are concerned for his safety.
