StreetBeat – March 5 – Missing Parkdale Boy Found

A 12-year-old boy who was reported missing Thursday has been found.

Cody Chambers was last seen in Parkdale and authorities were concerned the boy didn’t show up for an activity he usually attends Thursday afternoon.

He was reported to have been seen last around 4:30pm around King Street West and Close Avenue.

Police announced Friday morning he’d been located.

Missing Man

Toronto police are asking for help in locating a missing person.

Herman Steenwyk, 56, was last seen in the O’Connor Drive and Sunrise Avenue area on Saturday, February 27 at 9am.

He is described as:

White

6’2-6’3

200-220lbs

short brown hair

brown chin strap beard and goatee

It’s not known what clothing Steenwyk was wearing when he was last seen. Anyone with information is asked to call 416-808-5400 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477)
