An American company has issued a large high chair recall which includes more than 30,000 products sold in Canada.
Graco Children’s Products voluntarily recalled approximately 35,000 products in Canada and more than 1.2 million in the United States due to a tipping risk. Twenty-four injuries have been reported so far.
Owners are being advised to stop using the Harmony high chair immediately.
Screws that hold the front legs can loosen possibly causing a plastic bracket on the rear legs to break, causing the high chair to tip over.
The high chairs were produced between November 2003 and December 2009. The model numbers may begin with the letters A, B, C, or D.
Graco is providing a free repair kit. For a full list of the affected models and for more details call (877) 842-3206 or click here.
