Earth Hour Party

As Toronto goes dark Saturday night for Earth Hour, there will be some serious star power at Yonge Dundas Square for the World Wildlife Fund Canada’s Earth Hour Unplugged party.
The event will feature performances by Chantal Kreviazuk, Jarvis Church and Justin Nozuka.
Guests are asked to write down their wises for their earth, to be hung on Earth Hour wishing trees all around Dundas Square.
A WWF spokesperson will be speaking to answer questions about Earth Day, it’s impact on the environment and global warming.
The festivities get underway at 5:30 p.m., hosted by breakfast Television’s Kevin Frankish and Dina Pugliese.
