Motorcyclist Fighting For Life Following Crash

An Oshawa man is fighting for his life in hospital after his motorcycle was hit by car this week.
The accident happened just before 4pm Tuesday on Bayly Street West and Kitney Drive in Ajax. According to witnesses, the motorcycle was traveling through the intersection on a green light when a car attempting to make a left struck the bike.
The rider was rushed to hospital with serious internal injuries, police said. The 71-year-old driver of the car wasn’t hurt.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses to the crash – particularly the driver of a red pickup truck who was stopped at the intersection when the accident happened.
