York Regional Police is asking for the public’s help finding a missing elderly man.
Martin Soon, 63 was last seen Friday at 10:30 a.m. driving his Honda Civic in the Yonge Street and St. John’s Sideroad area of Aurora. The car is silver with the licence plate ASVY463. It may have a mountain bike strapped in the trunk.
Mr Soon is described as:
- Asian
- 5’7 tall
- 140 lbs, slim build
He was last seen wearing a grey, mesh short sleeve t-shirt and black wind pants.

Body Found In Humber River
Police are working to identify a body that was discovered in the Humber River Saturday.
Around 1:30pm, a kayaker spotted the body washed up against the shoreline near Islington and Steeles avenues.
The coroner was called in and an autopsy will be performed. There’s no word on the gender of the person.
