More CCTV Cameras Being Installed For G20 Summit

Toronto Police have begun installing additional Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras throughout the downtown core in preparation for the summer’s G20 summit.

The cameras will be monitored during the event, which commences on June 25, and removed once it is over.

The cameras will be clearly visible, and a list of their locations will be made public once the installation process is complete.

In total, 77 new cameras will monitoring activity during the event.
