Canadian army has new army chief

Canada has a new army chief.
Lieutenant-General Peter Devlin was installed Monday during a ceremony at Canada’s War Museum in Ottawa.
A veteran of exchange service with the U.S. in Iraq, Devlin is an infantry officer who started out 32 years ago with the Royal Canadian Regiment.
He also commanded the multinational brigade in Kabul in 2003 and 2004.
He replaces Lieutenant-General Andrew Leslie.
