Lohan must answer more questions: L.A. Judge

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A judge has said that Lindsay Lohan must answer more questions about an incident which led up to her arrest, including details about any drug use at the time.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard A. Stone ordered the actress to sit for a two hour deposition, in a civil case filed by a woman who claims she was pursued by Lohan in her vehicle.
An attorney for Tracie Rice argued that Lohan hadn’t answered key questions during a previous deposition.
Lohan’s attorney, Ed McPherson, said that although the actress will comply with the order, the questions are simply “overkill”.
McPherson managed to persuade the judge to allow the deposition to occur after a hearing on whether or not Lohan violated her probation for drug and alcohol charges, which were filed after arrests in 2007.
